Branch Managers :

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to achieve business targets for different products
  • Maximizing business mobilization through own contacts & establishing new contacts
  • Experience in leading team, identify and develop relationships

Basic Qualification: University Graduate, preferably B.Com Experience: Preferred Retired Bank staff from Nationalized /commercial Bank or People with experience in NBFC banking field.
Criteria: Should be aggressive to drive team to achieve the business targets.

Accounts Officers :

B.com with 1 -2 years experience.

Business Development Manager :

Implement marketing plan to identify and generate sales volume. Undertake tasks to generate customer's interest in our products, close sales, and identify market trends and opportunities. Build rapport with customers through visits and personal networks. Assist in Company's branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements and marketing.
Remuneration: Best in the industry.
Experience and Skills: Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in business development. Good track record of increasing sales.
Qualification: Bachelors or MBA Degree from reputed institutions.

Business Development Officers :

Develop business and marketing plan s in co-ordination with the BDM. Develop business proposals for new and existing customers. Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective customers. Explain prospective customers about the advantages of the products offered and follow up with them in order to close the business
Remuneration: Based on previous experience and performance
Skill and Qualification: 2 to 4 years experience in marketing and sales. Bachelors or MBA degree from a reputed institution.
Experience: In NBFC sector desirable. Excellent communication skill and fluency in English.

Business Development Executive :

Develop business through working directly in the market. Research the market for identifying new business opportunities. Manage customer calls and appointment effectively for new business opportunities. Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing list.
Remuneration: Based on Performance skill and experience
Qualification: Fresher or 1 year experience in marketing. Fluency in English

Residential Manager :

Development business through working directly in the market.
Remuneration: Based on Experience
Skills and Qualification: Anyone with a flair for marketing and inter personal relationship.

Telecallers :

Should have capability to converting leads into actual business. Good communication skill and a pleasant voice.
Remuneration: Based on experience and skills
Sill and Qualification: Candidates should have pleasant personality and pleasant nature.

Chartered Accountant :

Experience hand preferred. Freshers also apply.
