Basic Qualification: University Graduate, preferably B.Com Experience: Preferred Retired Bank staff from Nationalized /commercial Bank or People with experience in NBFC banking field.

Implement marketing plan to identify and generate sales volume. Undertake tasks to generate customer’s interest in our products, close sales, and identify market trends and opportunities. Build rapport with customers through visits and personal networks. Assist in Company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements and marketing.

Experience and Skills: Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in business development. Good track record of increasing sales.
Qualification: Bachelors or MBA Degree from reputed institutions.
Develop business and marketing plan s in co-ordination with the BDM. Develop business proposals for new and existing customers. Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective customers. Explain prospective customers about the advantages of the products offered and follow up with them in order to close the business

Skill and Qualification: 2 to 4 years experience in marketing and sales. Bachelors or MBA degree from a reputed institution.
Experience: In NBFC sector desirable. Excellent communication skill and fluency in English.
Develop business through working directly in the market. Research the market for identifying new business opportunities. Manage customer calls and appointment effectively for new business opportunities. Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing list.
